Vicky Rowlay

Vicky Rowlay is National Director – Business Transformation of Arch’s UK Regional Division, a position which held since 2021. Before this, Vicky was Regional Director for the North.
Vicky joined Arch as part of its 2019 acquisition of Geo Underwriting from Ardonagh where she was Regional Director in Manchester. Vicky began her insurance career with RSA where she held a number of roles during her time with them. She also enjoyed a short period working with Beaumonts Insurance Brokers.

Vicky is an experienced insurance leader, highly skilled in managing operations, business management, customer relationship management and distribution.
