Louise Pengelly

Louise is an experienced product manager with over two decades of experience in financial services, predominantly in General Insurance. Louise oversees the proposition strategy for Atlanta Partnerships which includes Paymentshield’s suite of products, as well as the wider partnership businesses within the Atlanta Group.

Paymentshield is one of the UK’s leading insurance providers, enabling financial advisers, rental platforms and other organisations to offer quality insurance to their customers. Working with some of the best-known insurers in the UK, Paymentshield offers a range of insurance and protection products for homeowners, tenants and landlords.

In her role, Louise works to optimise products and journeys to ensure the needs of both end customers and distribution partners are being met – whether that be mortgage advisers, rental businesses or automotive firms. She is also responsible for ensuring all products meet regulatory requirements.
