Elaine’s personal experience encompasses personal lines, commercial lines and the speciality business written within the Lloyds and London Insurance Market. With the developments in automation and AI, Elaine is convinced that ultimately the profession will achieve far better NPS and CSAT scores that it currently does and is excited to see how the entries into this year’s Claims Excellence Awards will showcase.
