David Scott

David joined HF as a Solicitor in 2011 and led various teams across the firm’s Counter Fraud, Motor, Casualty and Travel departments, becoming a Partner in 2016.

David now leads HF’s multi-award-winning Innovation & Client Solutions team which has designed and created numerous products and tech-solutions that are used by many of the world’s largest insurance companies. These include products that aim to simplify the claims process for customers, such as Mylegal-link and HEART, as well as solutions that offer innovative training experiences for claims handlers, including HFTV, AskHF and HIIT. David’s team have also introduced a whole host of claims handling solutions, using the latest technology, that save insurance companies, large corporates and public sector organisations millions of pounds each year.

As well as contributing to the media on a wide range of issues affecting the industry, David has appeared on ‘Claimed and Shamed’ and ‘The One Show’.
