Louise is an experienced product manager with over two decades of experience in financial services, predominantly in General Insurance. At Paymentshield, Louise oversees the proposition strategy across Paymentshield’s suite of products, optimising products and journeys to ensure the needs of both end customers and distribution partners are being met – whether that be mortgage advisers or rental businesses. Louise is also responsible for ensuring all products meet regulatory requirements.
