Carl Shuker

Carl is Executive Chairman of Howden UK & Ireland, which includes the Aston Lark group of companies, A-Plan Group and Howden’s UK Specialty business.  

Carl began his career at A-Plan Insurance in Oxford in 1981, I have held many roles within the business. I also led the management buyout of the business in 2008 and was delighted when the Howden acquired the Group earlier this year.
