As well as doing a fantastic job in his day-to-day role, Glenn’s unwavering commitment to excellent customer service alongside a genuine willingness to go the extra mile really grabbed the judges’ attention. Time and time again customers have praised not only his professional expertise but also his thoughtfulness when managing their claims and guiding them through a challenging and stressful time. Glenn also makes time to shape the next generation of claims professionals by mentoring his colleagues and helping them to understand what’s involved in the claims process and how a large loss affects their customers’ lives.  

Glenn is actively involved within the industry and is a member of CILA’s Future Focus Group, a voice for the younger generation of claims adjusters. Not one to rest on his laurels, he’s a keen advocate for professional development, encouraging his peers to attain loss adjusting qualifications. Having himself achieved Dip CII and Dip CILA status, he’s currently working towards his advanced level qualifications.One of Glenn’s colleagues remarked: “Quite simply, he’s what this award is all about” and the 2023 Claims Champion judging panel totally agree.”
