Kath joined Davies in 2015 and has more than twenty years experience of leading claims handling operations. Kath has a deep understanding of the claims ecosystem and her teams handle around half a million claims every year for insurers, MGAs and corporates. Her teams deliver solutions for all classes of claims and include experts for every stage of the claims process, as well as industry leading claims technology. Kath is a people-focused leader who seeks to build market leading claims programmes in an environment where people are engaged and supported to achieve their potential.
