Chris is a claims professional with over 10 years experience in the industry. Starting his career as a Rehabilitation Consultant at QBE he has held a variety of roles in Governance, Audit, Vendor Management, Operational Excellence, Claims Handling and Rehabilitation.

In his current role as Head of Claims at Hiscox he has responsibility for the delivery of new initiatives focused on helping Hiscox deliver their market leading claims service.
