Carole Ashman

Carole qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1993. Coming from an audit background and having ran a successful accountancy practice, Carole joined ALPS in 2009 as Group Finance Director.

Carole has successfully supported the significant growth of ALPS, through the implementation of robust accounting systems and processes, ensuring that compliance and statutory requirements are met and providing a high standard of financial control. Working with the board Carole ensures the financial implementation and reporting of group strategies. Carole is also Head of HR.

Away from work, Carole is married to Jonathan, with three grown up children and two dogs. Carole is a passionate rugby supporter, and enjoys baking, gardening and cycling in her spare time.
