Robin Challand

Robin has held a number of operational roles during his career. In recent years, as Claims Director he led the Ageas UK Claims team introducing new digital customer journeys with the use of AI to improve efficiency; and collaborating with the supply chain on new sustainable solutions such as the launch of the award-winning Green car parts programme.
He has previously held the position of IT Director responsible for the IT and Electronic trading strategy.

In 2023 Robin moved to a role with Ageas Group where he is responsible for accelerating transversal expertise in customer experience and efficiency.
