Malcolm Otter

Malcolm is Co-Founder and CEO of Lumivo, a digital research agency with offices in London and New York.

A UX specialist with 20+ years of experience building and working for research and design agencies across Europe, Asia and Australia, Malcolm has a strong business development and sales focus for UX research services and technology. He has set up and managed user experience teams in the US, Europe, Hong Kong and Australia and was one of the first people in the world to design 3G mobile user interfaces, while working at Three, back in 2001.

He has worked as a consultant for a wide range of blue-chip clients and regularly speaks at conferences around the world about best practice in web design and the future of digital user experience.
