Katie Davies

Katie joined Admiral in 2013 as a Claims handler and since 2014 has worked in a range of Operational Management, Head of Department and Change/Product roles including Third Party Intervention, Fraud and Van. Her current role is Head of Product and Automation for Admiral UK Claims. Katie has recently worked as the Senior Business Lead on a Programme overseeing the implementation of a new Claims System. Her current role involves overseeing the Change portfolio for Claims including Project and Programme delivery, Business Change, Business Case and Value realisation, and PMO. Her role in Product is overseeing a team of Product Owners/Leads focussing on the ongoing optimisation of the Claims System and Automation Product delivering value to the Claims Department and wider Business areas. Her primary focus is to deliver effective change and end Products to support Business optimisation whilst focussing on the customer journeys.
