Biography

Alla is currently leading a growing Digital practice at Capco which includes digital strategy, product, design, engineering, architecture and ways of working capabilities. She works with business and technology stakeholders to re-imagine customer experience and re-invent operating models to drive innovation and growth, empowering them to reach their digital aspirations and balance strategic thinking with pragmatic execution approach to delivery.

Alla has extensive experience in leading and delivering digital transformation programmes, while building agile capability at scale and improving adoption of new ways of working focusing on customer and business outcomes. Alla has experience across the Insurance, Retirement and Investment sector, and emerging technologies and Fintech.

Prior to joining Capco in 2020, Alla was Digital Transformation Lead, Financial Services Europe at Infosys. In addition, she has held leadership roles at Wipro Digital, Genworth Financial, Mastercard and American Express. A champion of diversity and inclusion, Alla is a member of the Women in Business and Women in Tech networks. She holds an MBA from INSEAD.
