Biography

Mary joined the Proximo Group 13 years ago, having previously worked for Fexco, HBOS, and the NHS. Mary is directly responsible for The People who experience Proximo, from an employee across the group to an end-customer.

Mary comes with a wealth of knowledge from both an operational, and support perspective spanning across People Engagement, Learning & Development, Customer Experience and Marketing, all of which have a direct impact on the holistic goals, objectives, and ambitions for Proximo’s growth and success strategy. Mary’s overall passion is people, technology, and the drive to deliver results that make a difference with a pragmatic approach.

As a highly experienced HR professional, positivity and ambition are two qualities Mary practices not only in her work life but also at home. When she is not in ‘work mode’, Mary is a wife, and a mother to three girls, two of the three being twins! Mary credits herself with being a great multi-tasker who somehow manages to find the time to be sociable, keep fit and listen to podcasts. You are most likely to find Mary anywhere in the outdoors when she’s not in the office.
