These awards are designed to recognise and reward excellence across claims – the companies, teams and individuals who have direct contact with customers in their hour of need. This vitally important part of the sector continues to be at the forefront of innovation and outstanding customer service and there is much to celebrate.
Entries have now closed and the 2022 finalists have been announced. The winners will be revealed at the awards ceremony on the evening of Thursday 26 May at the Royal Garden Hotel, bringing together senior decision makers, influencers and the cream of the sector – for the first time in 2 years.
