          If your table package includes an advert the specifications are as follows:

          A5 – half page
          Trim: 148mm (w) x 102mm (h)
          Live type area: 133mm (w) x 87mm (h)
          Bleed: 154mm (w) x 108mm (h)
          High resolution PDF – CMYK only

          When do tickets go on sale?

          Tickets are on sale now, and if you book before the 18th July you’ll get a 10% discount off the full table prices.

          When are the finalists announced?

          Finalists will be announced on Thursday 11th July

          When is the stage 2 judging?

          Stage 2 judging will take place on Wednesday, 31st July

          I'm a finalist, what happens next?

          Once the finalists have been announced on 11th July you will be sent an email confirming your time slot and the details for the judging day on 31st July.  Please contact us if you receive your email.  Please note that it will be sent to the person who submitted the entry.

          When do we find out who's won?

          Winners are announced at the Awards ceremony on 26th September.

          Am I eligible to enter?

          These awards are open to any UK based company working within the UKGI market. Please check the Rules of Entry before submitting your entry.

          How do I enter?

          Entries must be submitted via the official entry system, which can be accessed here. Please make sure you read the Rules of Entry and Terms and Conditions before submitting your entry.

          How much does it cost to enter?

          Nothing – all of our awards are free to enter.

          Is there a limit to the number of entries we can submit?

          No, you are welcome to submit as many entries, across as many categories as you’d like

          How can I book a hotel room for the night?

          A limited number of special rate rooms (£225 incl VAT & Breakfast) are available for those wishing to stay at the Royal Garden Hotel. Call 020 7937 8000 or email reservations@royalgardenhotel.co.yk and quote 260919NEWS.

          Alternatively, there is a rate card for a range of local hotels which can be booked online or by telephoning 0845 6123 611 and quoting the event code NEWS003 19.

          Will you be providing place cards?

          If you are a sponsor or have booked a Premium table package we will provide printed place cards as long as we’ve received your guest names by the deadline.

          We do not provide place cards for standard tables. However, you are more than welcome to print them yourselves and send over to us in advance so we can lay them out for you. Alternatively, you can bring them with you on the night and we’ll allow you access to your table during the drinks reception to do so yourselves.

          When will my tickets arrive?

          We don’t issue hard copy tickets, instead we will be sending you a pdf invitation which you can share with your guests.

          Does my ticket include any drinks? How can I order extra?

          Your ticket/table includes a drinks package as specified on your confirmation email. If you would like to place an additional order please email the events team to request an order form.

          What's on the menu?

          The menu will be sent with the joining instructions w/c 9th September

          Do I just advise the waiters of my dietary requirements on the night?

          No, all dietary requirements need to be communicated in advance.  If any guests fail to let us know by the deadline (5th Sept) there is no guarantee that the venue will be able to accommodate their requests.

          Can I order a Kosher meal?

          There will be an additional charge for this so please contact the events team at the venue directly (020 7937 8000) to check costs and order any Kosher meals.
