Matt has worked within tech innovation for the past 15+ years.
In his early 20s he founded an innovation agency which grew to become the UK’s #1 Digital Agency. After exiting that business he split his time between non-exec’ing, investing in startups and escaping to the mountains.
During this time he witnessed the growing divide between corporate innovation and the new world of tech startups and scale-ups rethinking products, services and business models. In many cases, the pace of change accelerating beyond the ability for the corporates to adapt.
In response to this, Matt set up his most recent venture – Sønr. Sønr is a platform that helps accelerate digital transformation and innovation across insurance companies, globally. It provides intelligence on the industry trends, digital/tech opportunities and competitor innovation. It also includes a suite of tools designed to stimulate better collaboration across the business.
