The gold award goes to Audatex for significantly reducing Admiral’s combined ratio rate. By implementing advanced tech such as machine learning, risk modelling & automation, they were able to provide a platform that can detect & review how repair assessments are engineered and re-direct motor engineers to high value tasks. Admiral are now able to automate processes and low value tasks, with more time and expense on higher value tasks which has reduced CRO.
