Adam is responsible for the leadership, management and strategic direction of the UK and Ireland Replacement team at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, part of Enterprise Holdings, the world’s largest vehicle rental service. He works closely with senior leadership across Enterprise’s operating groups to increase performance and drive profitable long-term growth. Adam began his career via the company’s renowned Management Training Programme. He joined Enterprise in 2002 as a Management Trainee and was promoted within a year to Branch Manager, and then Area Manager. In 2010, Adam became Area Manager for London airports and helped oversee the relocation of Enterprise’s flagship location at Heathrow. He then became Group Rental Manager for the East Midlands where he was responsible for more than 9,000 vehicles across the East of England. From 2013 to 2016, he was Group Rental Manager for London and the Southeast and played a crucial role in the integration of Enterprise Car Club into the company’s daily operations and he opened a network of branches at train stations across London, before assuming his current position.
