Please download and complete the Guest Names form with the company name the table should be listed under, along with your guests’ forenames, surnames, job titles, companies, dietary requirements* and email addresses**.

If you have booked more than 1 table please fill in the respective number of forms. Please ensure that you split guests between tables as you wish them to be grouped on the night.

All completed forms must be emailed to events@insurancetimes.co.uk no later than Thursday 15th November. Any names received after the deadline will not be included in the programme or the printed table plan.

* There may be an additional charge for dietary restrictions requiring specialist meals, please ask a member of the events team for more details

No, we do not provide place cards. If you would like them on your table you are more than welcome to send them over to us in advance and we will lay them out for you. Alternatively, you can bring them with you on the night and we’ll allow you access to your table during the drinks reception to lay them out yourselves.

Yes, because as well as requiring details of any dietary requirements, we also print a copy of the guest list on the night so that we can assist your guests with finding their table.

We won’t be issuing hard copy tickets this year, instead we will be sending you a pdf invitation which you can share with your guests. 

Your ticket/table will include a drinks package as specified on your confirmation email. If you would like to place additional orders download the booking form and once completed return directly to Manasi Paradkar at the hotel.

The menu will be sent with the joining instructions w/c 26th November.

No, all vegetarian meals will need to be ordered in advance.

Yes, but this needs to be ordered at least 48 hours in advance and there will be an extra charge as this has to be brought in specially.

Winners are announced at the Awards ceremony on Thursday 6th December.
