Biography

I joined Hastings Direct in July 2005 as a part time Claims Handler. In 2007, I became a full time employee within our Intervention team. I joined the fraud team in 2009 and played a key role in the development of the team in the lead up to it becoming part of Claims Fraud. I left the business and spent 2.5 years working for Greenwoods Solicitors and Horwich Farrelly Solicitors where I further developed my technical knowledge before returning to Hastings Direct in January 2017 in a Claims Fraud Consultant role. In this role I assisted in setting up the Complex Fraud team. I later set up the Complex Fraud Recovery and took over the coaching function in Claims Fraud in my new role as Technical Manager. In addition, my current role allows me to review and set strategy in order to disrupt insurance fraud with a key focus on enabler drive fraud.
