These awards are designed to recognise and reward excellence across claims – the companies, teams and individuals who have direct contact with customers in their hour of need. This vitally important part of the sector continues to be at the forefront of innovation and outstanding customer service and there is much to celebrate.
Entries closed on 10 March and finalists will be announced on 2 April. The 2020 winners will be revealed at a must-attend awards ceremony in central London on the new date of Thursday 1 October. The event will bring together senior decision makers, influencers and the cream of the sector to showcase the best of the best across solution based, specialist, team and individual achievement.
