These awards are designed to recognise and reward excellence across claims – the companies, teams and individuals who have direct contact with customers in their hour of need. This vitally important part of the sector continues to be at the forefront of innovation and outstanding customer service and there is much to celebrate.
The 2020 Awards Ceremony will take place, as planned, on Thursday 15th October but unfortunately, our venue, the Royal Garden Hotel, will not be opening for business until November so this year’s Claims Awards will be a virtual event. Full details will be available in due course.
